How do I redeem my Beauty Pass Rewards?
Rewards are available for redemption in-store (no purchase is necessary) or online at check-out along with any purchase.
To redeem rewards in-store, there are 2 simple steps:
1. Let our friendly Beauty Advisor know you're redeeming a reward.
2. Present your virtual Sephora Beauty Pass card on the Sephora mobile app at the counter.
To redeem rewards online, there are 5 simple steps:
1. Log in to your Sephora Beauty Pass Account, and add your shopping items to the cart by clicking 'Add to Bag'.
2. Click on 'View Bag'.
3. When you are ready to place your order, click on 'Redeem Beauty Pass Rewards' to browse the rewards available.
4. Select the reward of your choice at checkout.
5. Complete your purchase at checkout.
Are there Terms and Conditions for the rewards I redeem?
Items may vary every month and will be available while stocks last. The rewards on offer are subject to change, alteration, or termination by Sephora at its sole discretion at any time. Please also refer to the Beauty Pass Terms and Conditions here.
Other Terms and Conditions for rewards from the Rewards Boutique:
- You cannot redeem more than one of each reward per transaction or more than 5 of any one unique rewards per year.
- Unlimited redemption for the (10% off) reward, as long as a member qualifies for it.
- The (10% off) Reward may not be applicable with other promotions and discounts.
- Rewards can only be redeemed in the country/ region of your beauty pass registration.
