Yes. You may return any item you are unhappy with to Sephora in accordance with our standard Returns policy. For online and in-app purchases, contact us here. Items purchased in store via Atome can only be refunded at the same store of purchase.
As per our standard Returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method. If you have already made one or more payments and an amount is owed to you, that amount will be refunded to the credit/debit card you used to place the order. Once we have received the returns, Atome processes the refund immediately and will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been applied.
